The Project

BorisHenry started working with Chef Amanda Lewis in 2014 to design her restaurant Saucisse Deli’s signage and menus. When it came time to write and publish her first cookbook a year or two later, Amanda bestowed the privilege on BorisHenry to design ‘Eat Food’. Exactly 178 pages later, we’d collated Amanda’s delicious recipes and lifestyle tips on sustainable living and eating into a beautiful publication inspired by the chalkboards and black chef uniforms that were synonymous with her intimate Woodstock delicatessen.
